Over the course of these two first pre-season matches, Diabaté looks like the most frustrating player to watch.

Lots of effort, but overly selfish. Not doing too well on the right.

It's a ****ing friendly and only our second one at that. Every god dam season people are doom and sodding gloom about games that mean sod all when it comes down to it and have no relevance to how the season or players for that matter will pan out.

No point getting overly worked up about friendlies, the intensity we are showing early on is the biggest plus. Diabate is a season minimum from developing though and it's yet further evidence we need another option out wide.
