Was half expecting them to open the KOP but instead they’ve opened the east stand, so it’s only the west stand and east stand open tomorrow.... they don’t normally do that do they?

I'd have the same but put nacho in there to get some goals and get some confidence.

Not sure whether Simpson and King will feature as we won't want them to risk picking up injuries just before the loan window closes. Plus, it would be better to give minutes to players who are part of the PL squad.

So, I can see the team being:

Ward

Amartey; Benkovic; Evans; Fuchs

Silva; Iborra

Ghezzal; Okazaki; Diabate

Iheanacho

Puel Outlines City's Carabao Cup Determination
FIRST TEAM
Published 16 mins ago

Claude Puel says Leicester City are determined to embark on a long journey in the Carabao Cup as their campaign starts with a Second Round tie against Fleetwood Town.

- Leicester City manager Claude Puel looks ahead to Tuesday's clash against Fleetwood Town
- The Cod Army visit King Power Stadium in the Carabao Cup Second Round (7:45pm BST kick-off)
- Puel says no matter how many changes he makes, he expects a winning display from the Foxes
- Joey Barton's side are currently sixth in Sky Bet League 1 with eight points from five games

Joey Barton’s Sky Bet League 1 outfit visit King Power Stadium on Tuesday evening (7:45pm BST kick-off) after defeating Crewe Alexandra on penalties in the First Round earlier this month.

For City, Tuesday’s clash represents their first 2018/19 outing in a competition the Club has won on three different occasions, most recently in 2000.

Ahead of the tie, Puel revealed that while he may make changes to the line-up which defeated Southampton in the Premier League, the aim is always to win regardless.

“We will have some rotation like the other games since the beginning of the Premier League season because it is important to keep the players fresh,” he said.

“We need them to keep a good mentality, a strong desire and to remain fresh. I want all the squad to give us a good response on Tuesday night and we know it is a difficult game.”

Barton's side have made a strong start to the new League 1 season, currently sitting sixth in the third tier - another reason for Puel to be wary.

This game is not just about giving players game time, it is about winning to continue the journey.

“We will be playing against a team with a new manager, who I know a little because he played with Marseille in France,” he added.

“He will give a good feeling for his team and he has a mix of good players and playing style. We need to be careful about this game because it will be another tough game.

“This game is not just about giving players game time, it is about winning to continue the journey.”

Is this just for the UK or worldwide?

I was half expecting that. Shame, as I wanted to have a look at some of our other/new players.

Won't stop me trying to find a stream though, I live in hope. Radio doesn't really cut it for me, other than keeping me up-to-date with the score. Though it might remind me of my pre/early teen years listening to the World Service in the early hours hoping that Leicester commentary might feature.

Worldwide, Swansea-Palace and Wimbledon-West Ham are the only two games that look like there's a full OB unit being sent to them (the latter on Sky of course) so it looks like a couple of camera job for us today.

Work going on in the kop and family stand apparently, so they couldn't open them.

You MIGHT get lucky in getting a stream, might. Certainly I've seen streams for supposedly non-televised matches. It's only ever been FA Cup ties that I've not found anything for, the Beeb having tied that up tighter than a gnat's chuff.

As I said earlier, I'm going to look even though I don't hold out much hope.

I do have Tunein but dont think I can get radio Leicester

TuneIn does get radio Leicester but the chances are it'll be geo-locked for the game due to "rights restrictions". It's frustrating (and a bug bear for me) because it's not like it's a game that'll be covered by other broadcasters. By all means, lock out if there are alternatives but I often don't have the choice - paid or otherwise.

Did you have to pay extra to block that?
