He's an International player and he must start showing that now, if he wants a future here. Curious to see Ghezzal too and hope he gets the full 90. Concerned we will be blunt in attack, if Iheanacho is rested, but we should have enough to get the job done.

Xen Posted 28 August 2018 Posted 28 August 2018 Ward Amartey - Benkovic - Evans - Elder Silva - Iborra Ghezzal - Gray - Diabate Iheanacho Subs: Jakupovic, Morgan, Pereira, Ndidi, Chilwell, Okazaki, (U23 player/Maddsion) Few players I would've liked to see were playing for the u23s last night (Soyuncu, Ndukwu) so I think we'll go for something like this. Some of our squad will need minutes to get back up to speed as they've not played much since last season, but from Puel's comments the other day we want to go far in this competition so I imagine we won't be playing too many of the youth team. Without wanting to seem complacent, that team should have enough quality to be capable of progressing without too much trouble.
