The ground floor bar was given a make over couple of years ago not a lot of money .

Remember this deal only happened recently after the Forest Hill one dropped by the wayside. As predicted.

Still not sure how a new training centre will help us beat Newport,Soton and Cardiff

Not in itself but I would hope it will make a big improvement to our Academy input and subsequently the out put. If you want to develop better players you've got to at least match the facilities of your competitors.

Pretty sure that's what the time machine in the main building will be used for.

Probably give us a better chance than if we trained on Victoria park with jumpers for goalposts.

Brilliant idea beats wasting £100m.

Very excited but... is it all gold exterior?! Because that could look awful!

looks more like a copper/ wood effect finish to keep in a woodland theme.

Yeah thought most the exterior was wood clad which means it will surely go more silver over the years.

It's likely to be a composite wood rather than actual wood i'd have thought!

As long as the community is removed of yet another boring ruddy golf course I’m happy.

Update: Sh*tloads of work is going on, I'm usually going by around 6pm and typically see the place lit up like a Christmas tree, thought I saw a large amount of groundwork going on behind the club shop.

Would anyone even bother about that. Not like our one goal from a corner since the millennium is going to worry anyone. Our ploy of not getting the ball past the first man don't seem to scare anyone lol lol lol

Pretty sure our scoring from set pieces is/was one of the best in the league

Just been past on my way home. Nice to see someone else has left a scarf on the gates.

Tell you what though, that junction on the A46 is a bit dangerous.

I'm amazed you lived to tell the tale.

Swimming with crocodiles in the Nile would be safer.
