Everton away, week before Christmas, miserable weather, we never win at Goodison. 2 pens from Riyad and Shinji get us a 3-2 win - we are guaranteed to be top on Christmas Day. "We're gonna win the league" we sing jokingly!

Being over my Grandparent's house and my Uncle being there the evening after we'd beaten Sunderland to start the season, beautiful late summer night where we had a BBQ with jerk chicken in the garden then went inside to watch MotD.

My Uncle had lost his girlfriend of many years to cancer the Autumn before and it added a buzz which had been missing from him for a while.

Just to be clear do you mean the winner gets to choose one of the existing prints or gets one specially made of their favourite moment?

 

Cos if it’s the latter I’d have one of Shinji mid-scissor kick against Newcastle and then his resulting beautiful cheeky grin. Not necessarily the best moment from that season but I watched it in Cape Town with some of my favourite people including some of the Cape Town Foxes. It was my best birthday ever. (Until Sevilla the following year)

Favourite moment  -   Every single minute of the season. Even the 3 games we lost. 9 months of pure ecstasy.

If it happens again it would be brilliant, but not as brilliant as 2015-2016

Selhurst Park, in the away end for a good 30 minutes after just chanting two lines over and over.

 

Nothing else that season comes close, the spontaneous chanting and every man and his dog staying put.

Coming from 2-0 down to beat Aston Villa. I think that really kick started the real title pust and it was the moment everyone realised that we were in for a special season. I doubt at that point in the season any of us truly believed we would go on to win the league, but there was just a very special feeling in the air that day
