Bob Weasel Fox Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 Sunday . . . Big Beautiful Brendan takes charge . . , up the Foxes
TMELcfc Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 Yeah not the easiest of starts... especially away...
StriderHiryu Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 Think it will be a draw. We’ll get some kind of bounce effect but they are in good shape and at home. 2-2
knitro Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 They're currently in 7th - 5 points ahead, with Liverpool tomorrow. Assuming they lose, that makes this one a Europa 6 pointer.
wardyfox86 Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 Not alot of love lost between Brendan and Watford so not the easiest of places to start his tenure. Would happily take a point and move on.
martyn Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 Schmeichel Ricardo Evans Maguire Chilwell Tielemans N'Didi Choudhury Gray Vardy Barnes Tonight the lack of energy/running power in midfield was evident. Would like to see Hamza in and Maddison benched.
elvisfmcfly Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 Rodgers seems to go 4 2 3 1 so it will probably be the same team but not the 4 3 3
Bats8711 Posted 26 February 2019 Posted 26 February 2019 I've posted this on the ticket forum, but I'm coming with my wife from the States to see this game and need 2 tix! Please please let me know if you or anybody you know has any extras. will take singles. thanks!
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 26 February 2019 Author Posted 26 February 2019 Will be a tough game for sure respect to Watford as they are in form I hope we are competitive and give it a right go. A point would be ok in fairness

Vardinio'sCat Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 No point getting carried away. 8-0 to Brenda's boys (without an h).

deanolegend1989 Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 I would love to see a midfield 3 of Ndidi Hamza and Tili. Hamza gets around the pitch and hassles, Ndidi strong and tackles and tili breaks forward and supports our front line. think that would be a perfectly balanced and strong midfield and a great future for us. Gray Vardy Barnes pace energy and creativity with that front 6.
UPinCarolina Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 Some thoughts: Bring on Mendy late to help provide protection and secure possession in the midfield, and we might get something. Hamza needs to be re-integrated into the squad, if not the first team. Vardy needs to flow more freely upfront to be effective.
surrifox Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 Early kick off+ Sunday+away+oppo in a bit of form-no injuries-Brendan bounce=Draw
RowlattsFox Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 Think it’s worth sticking with the midfield to begin with. Away from home we are going to be a threat.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 27 February 2019 Author Posted 27 February 2019 Wonder if big Brendan might go with a Ndidi Mendy (or Hamza) Tielemans midfield as it’s away?

Happy Fox Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 Watford are okay team but let’s not laud them as the greatest team in the world if we are on it our players are better and will beat them.
Guest Danny Clender Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 Perhaps he'll go 4-4-2 and bang on about Pizza's and Bells. If not, safe. Schmeichel Ricardo Evans Maguire Chilwell Tielemans Ndidi Gray Maddison Barnes Vardy Or, mayhem. Schmeichel Evans Morgan Maguire Choudhury Ricardo Maddison Tielemans Chilwell Vardy Barnes
TonyN11 Posted 27 February 2019 Posted 27 February 2019 Hope, like last season, we can restrict Watford to just 1 shot on target...…. Kasper ensured they got a 2-1 win though
