I'll let you know in a week or so. I have the official pink kit and the missus likes wearing the old kits to doss about/sleep in (not complaining)

She LOVES the pink kit, but I'm not chucking 55 notes at pyjamas so ordered from DH Gate, I'll do a side by side comparison lol

I have also ordered from DH Gate and will report as soon as they arrive ?

My Pink kit came today from DH Gate. Overall I have to say I am impressed and it saved me an awful lot of money that I quite frankly didn't have spare to pay for a kit that will be replaced in a years time.

Kit cost me £11.28 in total and it came this morning having been ordered on 28th May.

These kits aren't for everyone, but at £11.28 I can't see any reason to complain.

The fit is true to size for me.

My shirts came today and ordered large and fit as I would expect, the black large is couple inches bigger than the pink.  I am very happy for the money I paid, for my kids in the USA so perfect for them. If you are a perfectionist and want only the best then not for you, but for 33 pounds total I got 3 shirts. Shipping was super fast too.

Def worth it for children.

Links are constantly being taken down and put back on for obvious reasons. Just go on DH gate and type in Vardy or something because if you put in Leicester City nothing will come up.

TBF only minor issues are badge not colourised pink and font slightly larger. Ideal for kids as you say though at 11 quid, who aren't gonna know or care.

Exactly and on the grey/black the badge is colored.

Recieved my away kits today from DHgate, echo what everyone else says. Badges on both shirts are slightly off centre but not noticeable when on.

As for the pink kit, on the official shirt the front panel is made from a different fabric and results in a slightly different shade of pink to the sleeves/back panel. However, the fakes are one single fabric. The black away kit feels better quality to me.

Would post pics but can't be bothered to compress, so just see above.

I always find it weird people buying fakes of their own clubs kit.

You're literally stealing from your own team.

Christ I’m pleased someone finally said it!

It’s bad enough supporting poor labour conditions for people that make big brand kits.... can you imagine where this DH Gate crap is made?!?

Either buy the real thing or don’t! Or be sensible and keep it for a couple of seasons... no one will judge you! If you’re not able to convince your son/daughter they don’t need a new kit every season then they’re going to cost you a **** of a lot more in the long run than the cost of a real kit lol

Its a similar situation to those who moan about ticket prices but will happily sink 15 pints before during and after the game at about three times the cost of the ticket....

I mean I get they're over priced and everything but football clubs make a lot from merchandise. The amount we make from merch sales keeps ticket prices in check, helps buy players.

It's not even like we have horrific greedy owners that are milking the club.

I'm uncomfortable with a lot of the money in football and I don't want to sound like a mindless corporate shill but it does seem odd to me. I assume the same people want the club to spend on players.

Often the stuff from DH gate is made at the same factory as the genuine articles. So the workers are getting paid the exact same and you're getting pretty much the same product for a fraction of the price.

And when you release a kit every single year, at £55 I don't think it's at all unfair for people to be sourcing them from unofficial outlets.

And how much money are we making from kits a year? Let's say 100,000 are sold which is probably massively over the top when you take into account our active fanbase and those who buy kits. Average it at £50 (again probably higher given children's kits will probably sell more) and that's £5m which sounds decent. Take off the fact Adidas will be charging £35 at least to make and distribute it and that's £3.5m knocked off. So we're left with £1.5m on an optimistic estimate. That's probably not even enough to pay weekly wages and is a slither of annual income.

You buy a membership for £40 you're already giving the club more profit than 1 shirt and go to one match a season on top of that and you're £70 at least and consider that there is no cost for that seat or membership so pure profit. So massively outdoing the money made from buying a shirt and you still can allow yourself to buy a fake shirt costing the club £15 (which you're not really, that's just their lost profit), still ending up on £55 profit for the club.

If you're Man United or Liverpool, yes global merchandise sales can make a huge impact and equally if you're outside the PL, it is an important revenue stream. But, for a club of our size, sitting in the Prem, picking up £100m a year for simply playing, it makes almost no difference. And this is coming from somebody that spent £70 in the club shop the other day.

If you're supporting the club actively in another way then so what? Simply buying a membership is giving the club silly money for nothing. It's actually a good bit of commercialist irony. The corporations ripping off the consumer and taking advantage of the workforce are now being cut out, at added benefit to the consumer and no detriment to the workforce.

I don't think you can blame people for going down that route. Especially when the Retail side of the club is poor (constantly out of stock of the common sizes and then overstocking uncommon sizes for one)

I don’t buy kits from China or the club but besides reasonable ST prices the club try to fleece us as fans in anyway possible. It’s £2 for a bottle of water in the ground, match day tickets for kids are obscene and if a family of 4 wanted shirts then it’s setting them back, what £200?

I understood the ‘stealing from the club’ argument when we were in the Championship but not when we’re receiving revenues of £120+ million every season.

In fairness the above isn't really the case - what happens is that these products are outsourced and brought back into the factories illegally - large corporations at the moment have huge issues with this happening in relation to being able to comply with modern slavery conditions for garments made abroad.

Funny, most people here complaining about fake kits will happily stream a game of football shown live on sky sports. More subscriptions = bigger advertising contracts = bigger sky TV deals.

Still, each to their own I guess.

I have both BT and Sky Sports on my bought-and-paid-for TV package so, uh, no?

Most people who stream games would happily pay for them if they were available to purchase in order to support their football club.

This I agree with and in an ideal world great. But at the moment the biggest deal all clubs have is Sky TV money (unfortunately)

Stealing from your own club. The people that buy the fakes simply won't pay £55 for a top, so the club wouldn't get their hands on that, money either way.

I was given the pink top as a gift, but wouldn't personally pay more than £40 for it. I usually buy at the end of season sale.
