Plastik Man Posted 28 April 2019 Posted 28 April 2019 Offer Roma £30M and ask them to throw in a couple of extra naans.
sylofox Posted 28 April 2019 Posted 28 April 2019 As Everton and Wolves don't want him it's a no from me.
Fox85 Posted 28 April 2019 Posted 28 April 2019 The problem with this is I think is name is bigger and better than he is. I think there is much better players out there tbh 1
dmayne7 Posted 28 April 2019 Posted 28 April 2019 Too many people on here don't get how much football had changed in the past 10 years. Yes, Roma are a bigger club but the allure and finances of the prem absolutely dwarf Italy. He's a very good player' but it's not like he's been completely world class. Especially with this young team and manager, I think we'd be a very attractive option to him and many players. I don't see a top 6 club in England going for him so if one of the 'best of the rest' wants you, I think El-Shaaraway would want to hear.
VLC86 Posted 28 April 2019 Posted 28 April 2019 (edited) I know he has improved since his last couple of seasons with AC Milan but i’m not sure I would go with him to be honest. For the money he would want I think there are better options. Edited 28 April 2019 by Costock_Fox 1
Finnegan Posted 28 April 2019 Posted 28 April 2019 He's certainly not consistent. Definitely more of a West Ham signing than a Leicester one. I'd be amazed if he ever wound up here. 2

I don't know why though. 1
StriderHiryu Posted 28 April 2019 Posted 28 April 2019 The last Egyptian forward that a Premier League team signed from Roma turned out to be fairly decent... I suspect this player could get a move to a better club than us, but then again we managed to snag Tielemans (albeit on loan). I think in terms of the way Rodgers wants to play, this player ticks all the boxes. Earlier in his career his attitude and workrate were questioned, but I believe he is now one of Roma's stand out players and has no real weaknesses. He'd most likely get 10-20 goals a season from a wide berth and as such would command a hefty premium. Am pretty sure he'd improve most teams in the league though. Even Chelsea and Arsenal could go for someone like this I feel. 1
Ric Flair Posted 28 April 2019 Posted 28 April 2019 Only a year to go on his deal, would be £25m or less
Soar Fox Posted 28 April 2019 Posted 28 April 2019 Any chance of getting Justin Kluivert from them instead?
