yorkie1999 Posted 23 August 2021 Posted 23 August 2021 The guy is rank, offers nothing apart from a bit of tippy tappy shite. He’s not strong enough, can’t ride a challenge and adds nothing to the team. Get rid. 3
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 23 August 2021 Posted 23 August 2021 He actually wasn't having his worst game for us before his moment of madness. But bloody hell he's not up to it is he, when did he last have a really good, positive game for us? I can't see how we can keep carrying him, especially when the players around him are having off games, too. 1
escape2victory Posted 23 August 2021 Posted 23 August 2021 (edited) To be fair to Perez he was playing better than Barnes and Maddison, getting into a few nice pockets and linking with Ricardo. It wasn’t great but Maddison and Barnes let’s be honest were hopeless. Oh and it was an awful pass by schmeichel, the pass into him was never really on. Edited 23 August 2021 by escape2victory
Hollyfox Posted 23 August 2021 Posted 23 August 2021 He wasn't our worst player in the 1st half but generally, he's utter shit. Can't see how any fan that watches us would have an opinion that wasn't the same
DennisNedry Posted 23 August 2021 Posted 23 August 2021 Even with today's silly prices, for £30 million you expect a player capable of a moment of magic to change a game. Perez just doesn't have that in him. He only plays well when the team is having an outstanding day like the 9-0 win.
Wasyls Pec Deck Posted 23 August 2021 Posted 23 August 2021 Are some of you lot saying he’s shit for the first time or something? Because it’s been clear as day for a long time!
Unabomber Posted 23 August 2021 Posted 23 August 2021 I was quite embarrassed about the stick he got from a lot of Leicester fans and it was pretty shocking. However tonight is just inexcusable really. He was actually playing ok but then to get himself sent off like that was a joke. He offers nothing and now I am hoping he never plays for us again.
Tielemans63 Posted 23 August 2021 Posted 23 August 2021 I've said it loads of times but if he was playing in a championship side, he wouldn't stand out. 4
chapero82 Posted 23 August 2021 Posted 23 August 2021 (edited) I actually thought he was the best player on the pitch until the sending off Edited 23 August 2021 by chapero82 1

Can anyone honestly explain this to me? He's still trying to justify spunking 30m for a player more inconsistent than Dem Gray.
Dr The Singh Posted 23 August 2021 Posted 23 August 2021 He wasn't bad today, yes it was an accident, but it was reckless, in today's game.it is a red 1
SecretPro Posted 23 August 2021 Posted 23 August 2021 (edited) There can no longer be any argument about how shit he is now surely? Gets blown over by a stiff breeze and offers **** all. To think many on here rubbished the idea of Benrahma literally worth 6 of Ayoze. Edited 23 August 2021 by SecretPro 1 1

dnewty Posted 23 August 2021 Posted 23 August 2021 He plays in an attacking position and doesn’t provide any goals or assists. Some say he works hard but for me that should be a given anyway. 1

Ffs, he was ok until he did that thing that was an unintentional red colour piece of paper

HesNotGudjonsonn2 Posted 23 August 2021 Posted 23 August 2021 I don’t really do knee jerk reactions to our players and also try to see the good in them all and what they can do. You couldn’t trust Big Wes to pass or shoot but he could get his head on a cross, block and shot and get his body in the way. Not the greatest player but offered something and that something was important to his position on the pitch. Truth is, I just don’t see what Perez offers? In his position, I want to see goals or assists and I don’t recall seeing much of either. Such a shame. 2
