I'm calling it now. Perez is no better than what we had. 30 million well spent

If we keep playing this bullshit formation that stifles our attacking play then he probably wasn’t worth it

We're growing into it, there hasn't been a chance for them for seven minutes or so. Stick with our young lads we'll have our spell in the game soon.

We are quite slow starting games, the Atalanta friendly, Wolves first 5 minutes and 15 minutes second half, like the lads drink hot cocoa before coming out.

We’re so reliant on Ricardo in attack. A fullback.

Easily the best player in our squad

It’s not Perez fault, he’s not in his preferred position so he drifts in, leaving nobody out wide... far to easy to defend against! I don’t think you can play Maddison, vardy and Perez in the same 11 and be effective unfortunately

Pérez was absolutely nailed on to be the new scapegoat for this forum

The whole team has been trash... picking out one player, an attacking player at that in a negative formation is laughable.

The most significant improvement that Rodgers brought was dropping Maddison in to CM. Puel had him isolated stood way too high in a 10 role that left us with no creativity deeper in the field.

Rodgers brought him in to a 433 midfield with Tielemans and we looked great.

So why the **** has he tinkered. This shit we've started the season with is appalling.
