Thought he was superb again in that first half.

Think we played him far too deep last season. Stifled him somewhat. He's been superb this season playing a bit more advanced.

Very good first half, ok second half. Is getting much further forward.

Doesn't seem to last a full game which might explain him being subbed again

Nah, he didn’t look all too happy from the time he saw the board knowing he was about to be subbed.

He missed some training getting his knee settled down, although quite how much I'm not sure.

His best attribute is his energy for me, we’ve had CMs who are great on the ball but quite laboured, but Praet does everything quickly - he snaps into tackles, bursts forward with the ball well and just brings a lot of intensity to the advanced midfield.

Praet has a role for us, he's either a starter who comes off first (no matter how well he has played) or he's on the bench and comes on to change things up. How long he will setlte for that I don't know but all good squads need players like him.

I thought he was slightly poor yesterday and needed to come off. Maddison every time for me, although praet is not a bad option for any injuries

Not my favourite game I've seen from him this season. But that just speaks volumes about his performances so far.

The Madders sub did change the game (as expected) when things were looking a bit stale.

Seemed to not like using his left foot. Had a couple of opportunities to whip a ball in but checked back and played it back. One occasion in the 2nd half he seen an easy break out wide but used the outside of his right and it was easily cut out. That being said he has been excellent this season.

Definitely not. First half was class.

I'm probably preaching to the choir but I find he looks his absolute best on fresh legs. I feel like his challenges get a bit more risky once he's been on for a while.

I really liked his games against Zorya and Arsenal. But maybe I'm misremembering how those were compared to last yesterday!

He was absolutely superb again in that first-half. Tailed off a bit in the second, but he didn't stop working or pressing Wolves' backline and his quick one-twos on the wings were creating all our best openings in the opening 60 minutes or so.

He is a thoroughly professional, quality player. I just don’t think he has it in him to face and conquer his biggest challenge.

Namely @Mark

:D

It’s working so fair enough, seems to bring the best out of Tielemans to have him in the side. But clearly I don’t see the quality like others do, he works hard and is a neat and tidy passer which he often keeps safe, you need more in forward positions. Vardy never had a chance all game and it’s no surprise when you’ve no pace around you or proper support. I can understand his inclusion in attacking midfield more now against the better teams but hope he’s not going to be first choice against the rest now where a more creative player is needed, especially at home where we struggle for goals.

Yeah, that’s all fair enough and he did play there a bit for Sampdoria I think. Guess we will have two (maybe 3 in Perez, but I hope not) different types of right sided AM. Where Under is the faster skilful  guy and Praet is the slower skilful blood and thunder type guy.  :dunno:
