A player we had an agreement with in 2018 who was tricked by an agent to go to a foreign club on less money so the agent could get a bigger cut. It's not ringing any bells for me!

Or Stefano Sturaro who went on loan to sporting lisbon and didnt play a game (this would make sense that he'd be fuming) - Dont think he would classify as one that got away though... he would have been a Puel casualty

They post deal done or deal close and we all get excited, then an agent does something dodgy and the players goes off to Spain and the ITK gets shit all over the place, for sharing what everyone thinks is a done deal.
