All common sense stuff - finally. We dont even know if 4th April well resume, if uk in lockdown phase then certainly not. 

Also, how do players mentally get up for a huge break in season to start again - all very testing times but given the choice completely sensible.

People are talking like football is going to end forever. Season start/end dates can obviously be moved for situations like this.

Because money talks and there's a lot less invested in that competition. You may well be right we'll just have to wait and see.

There were two home Saturday 3 O'Clock kick off's coming up fairly soon (Palace & Sheff Utd), knew it was too good to be true!

I'm so glad they did this before the weekend. I think allowing Atletico to bring fans to Liverpool this week was a huge mistake, and if they won the league on Monday the streets would be swarmed on Tuesday just as those who caught it from the Spanish were starting to show symptoms (coughing etc).

 

Have a strong suspicion Liverpool is going to be hit hard next week and this would have turned it into our Milan.

Apparently it's ok for 60,000 people to cram into a football stadium on Sunday but as of monday, no gatherings of over 500 people.

Don't think they can just let the league stand as it is to much to play for still of its canceled they will have to cancel the whole season surely?

Scary times, never thought I'd see anything like this... strangely it's almost unthinkable they will cancel the season, but on the other hand it's also quite likely that it will get cancelled.
