Popular Post Corky Posted 23 June 2020 Popular Post Posted 23 June 2020 Hope we win with a late controversial penalty and the screen cuts to Erland Johnsen crying in his living room on Zoom. NEVER FORGOTTEN, NEVER FORGIVEN 4 1 1

Leicester_Loyal Posted 23 June 2020 Posted 23 June 2020 Don't know about any others, but Praet has to start. Let's get him some minutes ready for the game against Everton next week. 3
Marshall Cockney Fox Posted 23 June 2020 Posted 23 June 2020 I'd say if the first team aren't knackered they should play. Only regular games is going to shift them into form. They look so ponderous currently. I fear a rest would set them even further back!! 4
Guest Manini Posted 23 June 2020 Posted 23 June 2020 We’ll win this at a canter and it’ll be the most Leicester thing ever - but fully expect a 0-0/0-1 loss to Palace afterwards.

inckley fox Posted 23 June 2020 Posted 23 June 2020 Based on what I saw tonight, we're more likely to win a handful of cup games than we are to win anything more than a handful of league games. So we may as well go for it. 1
Popular Post urban fox Posted 23 June 2020 Popular Post Posted 23 June 2020 I think this game could actually be make or break for our season. Win it and we are in the semis. The lift and buzz that would create around the club could be the catalyst that triggers the self belief and we suddenly start to look like the third best team in the league again. Get mauled by Chelsea and confidence could drop even further than it looks at the minute. Whatever the result we must put in a performance or it could cause irreparable damage to our season. 11

I could actually see us winning but that’s more based on blind optimism and history of supporting Leicester, nothing to do with what I’ve seen so far since we’ve restarted. We are truly abject. HybridFox Posted 23 June 2020 Posted 23 June 2020 Morale boosting win needed for players and fans alike. But I fear playing in empty stands is costing us because the players don't seem to have that drive or urgency in key moments of the game.
urban.spaceman Posted 23 June 2020 Posted 23 June 2020 The last two games were to give Chelsea a false sense of security. 1

Good job every game is different and doesn't always go to form then. I love it how 2 games in to post lockdown footy and suddenly we are an awful team. It's 2 points 2 games not an absolute disaster. We are more than capable of beating Chelsea.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 23 June 2020 Posted 23 June 2020 Win please City the FA Cup would be lovely this season 1

Well we’ve played them twice already this season and haven’t beaten them once so let’s hope 3rd times a charm ey.
LCFCSOULBOY Posted 23 June 2020 Posted 23 June 2020 We really have to win this game now. Not only to advance in the FA Cup but more importantly to have the confidence to play better in the league. If they turn us over they will go one and take 3rd in the league and we I feel could probably if not more than likely finish out of the top 5. I know all doom and gloom but if we play like we have been I don't see us picking up another 3 points. I have seen all the games played currently and maybe apart from Norwich we have played the worst. If I am honest think Norwich would do us over right now. Really don't see what type of football we are trying to play and BR tactics and substitutions have been baffling. 1
surrifox Posted 24 June 2020 Posted 24 June 2020 We are as poor as we were under Puel - trying to win matches without seriously threatening the oppositions goal . We never beat Chelsea in the cup and I can’t see that changing now 1
FoxFossil Posted 24 June 2020 Posted 24 June 2020 Meh. Waited 12 weeks for the PL return and all games so poor, 60 years a supporter and I can't even be bothered to watch. We are getting battered by Chelsea and will drop out of CL places in a couple of weeks on this form. German league was dire to start so just the tiny bit of hope that PL will pick up. Bloody Tories fault. 1 1
teblin Posted 24 June 2020 Posted 24 June 2020 I don’t want to see us rest too many, fitness doesn’t seem the problem. Sharpness does. This is as important as the premier league games for me. I want to win the FA cup.
