majaco Posted 1 July 2020 Posted 1 July 2020 We are good. This can turn. When we start scoring, we will propel.
Monsell1976 Posted 1 July 2020 Posted 1 July 2020 Why don’t they earn our faith, the whole team has played shit since jan barring the odd result. The same core of players are about to get another manager sacked, time to clear out shit players not another manager

EastAnglianFox Posted 1 July 2020 Posted 1 July 2020 I've had 2 bottles of wine tonight and I still had to laugh when stumbling into this thread.
Leicester_Loyal Posted 1 July 2020 Posted 1 July 2020 Balls to that, we are shit. They'd be getting boo'd if we had any fans in the stadium.
Guest Posted 1 July 2020 Posted 1 July 2020 You'll have to forgive my complete lack of faith in this team of total, total shitehouses
sdb Posted 1 July 2020 Posted 1 July 2020 Just get a ****ing win. It'll be the hardest but also the start of something.

M0901 Posted 1 July 2020 Posted 1 July 2020 Shithouse a 1-0 with a Vardy scuff from a yard out and kick on from there lads.
Gamble92 Posted 1 July 2020 Posted 1 July 2020 Can we pin this thread for when we are celebrating 3rd pace and a job well done
TJB-fox Posted 1 July 2020 Posted 1 July 2020 OP you are bang on. I've been terribly guilty of moaning like heck over the past however long at our turgid form. I was absolutely livid watching us v Brighton and Everton in particular. But watching the Chelsea game v West Ham and reading Brendan's post match interview has given me renewed hope. Blind optimism likely. There's no lack of effort from our lads and things will turn our way eventually. Just got to stick with this young squad and hope they can drag us over the line. Huge game Saturday now, top 4 race is wide open, main thing is we're in that race.

foxfanazer Posted 1 July 2020 Posted 1 July 2020 I have to admit I'm completely pissed off with our 2nd half of the season but when I actually think about what I'm angry about it ain't that bad. You try telling any Leicester fan 10 years ago that in 10 years time you'll be 3rd in the prem but you'll be moaning, nobody would've believed you. Just gotta stop the rot now
dylanlegend Posted 1 July 2020 Posted 1 July 2020 To be fair Everton are much improved under Ancelotti and we were pretty much the better team. The lads need to start the momentum versus Palace, massive game. We need a min of 7 points from next 3 games

FrankieADZ Posted 1 July 2020 Posted 1 July 2020 i'd have more faith if it looked like they actually gave a fook, as at times it certainly doesnt look like they do tbh
Ted Maul Posted 1 July 2020 Posted 1 July 2020 Palace are 5/1 on Saturday, just to throw it out there.

Sorry to make you click on their website but it was just a few quotes in the mercury this evening. I really liked what he said and I saw a bit more aggression about him today. A bit. I know modern day management isn't about giving players the hairdryer treatment but when our form is as bad as it has been I expect more concerted dynamism and aggression from both the players and manager. https://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/brendan-rodgers-leicester-city-everton-4283805

UPinCarolina Posted 1 July 2020 Posted 1 July 2020 Palace and Arsenal up next, two clubs that have been thorns in our side since the title winning season. Right the ship or we're going to capsize.
SixtiesFox Posted 1 July 2020 Posted 1 July 2020 Statistically wins against Palace, Sheff U and Bournemouth, plus a point at either Arsenal or Spurs would give us 65 points, meaning we'd go into the final day still in with a chance even if Man U and Wolves both win 5 in a row (67) points (law of averages says that is very unlikely). And as for Chelsea, given their result against West Ham today, who knows what might happen to them in their remaining games. I know that on current form gaining 10 points looks well beyond us, however, if Rodgers has the guts to change tactics and get us further up the pitch giving our attacking players the opportunity to affect the game positively before we are forced to come out and try to save the game second half after going behind, we know we have the players with the ability to do it. I keep trying to tell myself that it's the hope that kills you but we 'can' still do this! The remaining 6 games still represent the best opportunity we are ever going to have of making the CL again.
