Christensen was a lot closer than the ref, and he didn't think kepa would get there, else he wouldn't have hauled mane down.

He knew it would be reviewed by VAR so less embarrassing to upgrade a yellow to a red than the other way round.

RowlattsFox Posted 20 September 2020 Posted 20 September 2020 With the checking the monitor for VAR, I reckon we'll see quite a bit of changing of the decision. The fact the VAR ref suggests the ref looks at it means he obviously isn't convinced so ref will already have an idea he might be wrong.
