Anyway the reason I thought the stats were funny is Arsenal only managed one shot off target against a Brighton team not playing particularly defensive football. It's astonishing.

As I type Arsenal get shots 2, 3 and now 4 of the game.  Waking up now it seems.  Wonder what Arteta said to them.

First half is was Albrighton though!

A two week break? So the bored players can host house parties with paid female attendants and drink too much? No thanks, get them all vaccinated first instead.

I wouldn't rule out the European competitions being played as one-off games.

I can imagine UEFA rubbing their hands at another bubble CL and EL.

Whilst a 2 week break would suit us in the sense that it will give injured players time to recover, it's a bit of a pisser after we (correctly imo) rested so many players yesterday.

That's the difference imo between Bright and Arsenal. Just a little bit of ability up front by Lacazette. If that spot was reversed I'd put money on the Brighton player missing it.

Note: I currently have no Brighton or Arsenal players in my FPL team, so I personally don't really care about the outcome...  (Still, the wife is happy, so that's something, right? :D)

Reckon we should enquire about that Saka fellow, pacey and he appears to have a decent head on his shoulders.  Might relish the chance to play for a team competing at the top end of the table.

Need Southampton to score to keep my treble alive, done Leeds, Southampton and wolves. Southampton reminding me a lot of what we've looked like at times over the season, in so much as all the possession but not getting the ball in the net, ala first half against Palace yesterday.

Nevermind he's just been crocked.

Out-of-favour Dele Alli might be a more realistic target.

I’d genuinely have a go for him. But he’s PSG bound by all accounts.

Please NO. Not a team player at all
