FoyleFox Posted 11 January 2021 Posted 11 January 2021 It's not a bad suggestion to substitute Spurs v Villa for the Spurs v Fulham fixture, although the late decision is poor. Surely they were aware last week that Villa wouldn't be able to fulfil this fixture and could've decided then.
North Leeds Fox Posted 11 January 2021 Posted 11 January 2021 Good thing that Chelsea have had their game moved back from Friday to Saturday so we both have the same amount of time to prepare for next Tuesday. Harsh on Fulham but can see this happening a lot until the end of the season to fit in the matches. 1
StanSP Posted 11 January 2021 Posted 11 January 2021 Spurs vs Fulham on Wednesday instead of Villa vs Spurs
StanSP Posted 11 January 2021 Posted 11 January 2021 Calvert-Lewin out of Wolves game with a hamstring injury apparently. Would be good if he could miss a few weeks... 2

Corky Posted 11 January 2021 Posted 11 January 2021 Teams are going to have to accept inconvenience this season, I'm afraid. At least Fulham get an extra day off after their midweek game which several teams didn't get over Christmas.
RowlattsFox Posted 11 January 2021 Posted 11 January 2021 I'm sure Fulham would rather the game out the way, they don't want a fixture pile up later in the season.
Popular Post winteriscoming Posted 11 January 2021 Popular Post Posted 11 January 2021 Would rather be in our position where we’ve played all our games. Don’t like games in hand rather have the points on board. 9

Phube Posted 11 January 2021 Posted 11 January 2021 At this point it seems like there is a competition between Villa and Man City to who who will have the most games-in-hand by March!

And they'd choose this one being rearranged quickly instead of the Burnley match. I think they'd lose this whenever it was played.

yorkie1999 Posted 12 January 2021 Posted 12 January 2021 I think that this season with how things are going, any team that can stay in touch with 3 or 4 games to go can win it. We’ve got a good chance, if we could get one extra striker. I know people think he’s rank but I reckon andy carroll would be a good signing. Big lad as an option, can score a goal and has never won anything so would give him a bit of a career ending boost.
Jimothy Posted 12 January 2021 Posted 12 January 2021 Good job the away game with Villa was called of, or Jose would have been pissed off.

Rodgers don't believe in having a big lad up front though so can't see us doing that... I think we have enough firepower as it is, the players just need to perform to there top level week in week out till the end of the season. we have enough quality to win something Edited 12 January 2021 by whoareyaaa
