I have to say I am surprised at your three as I like all of them. My food hates are Brussel sprouts and pork chops I was force fed them once as a kid and the smell makes takes me back there.

Baked Beans. Just thinking about them puts me off eating.

 

Used to hate mushrooms as a kid but now I absolutely love them cooked with a bit of oil salt and pepper.
