egg_fried_rice Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 I like this change! Proactive, and for an in form player.
TJB-fox Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 @dan lcfc you are aware this isn’t 2007 and the handball rules have changed? You can say you despise the rule but you can’t say it wasnt a penalty under the current rule. Also VAR was correct because it instructed the ref to give the pen under the current rule. Done and dusted. 2
hejammy Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 Youri! Should have hit the target there at least
Shane Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 Good sub Brendan. Thomas has done well but Wolves will target his flank in the second half when Adama comes on.
PhillippaT Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 Sharky on the right and Justin on the left then?

Just make it any handball is a penalty and avoid any contention. Trouble is they would then be arguing about which part of the arm is the hand then!! It's fine if they are consistent, trouble is they generally aren't.
trabuch Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 Please score soon Leicester, or this is going to get a bit tense.

It is. This culture of absolutely absurd scrutiny has led to people collectively thinking that first one is a penalty. It's been blasted at him from about 5 yards away. Slow motion replays have totally distorted everyone's minds. The rules have been changed to accomodate VAR. Therefore it's the fault of the introduction of VAR. By the letter of the absolutely silly laws - yes it's a penalty, but I can't get on board with this shambles at all and never will. 1
StanSP Posted 8 November 2020 Author Posted 8 November 2020 Lovely cross from Marc. Think Youri should do better with a free header.
Sly Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 Semedo.... potentially the 4th best right back in the league. 3rd best Portuguese right back in the league.
An Away Move Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 Can anyone PM me the twinkling source of a river?
UniFox21 Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 Wolves normally come good second half, let's hope we don't throw away this.

trabuch Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 I know he's a bit isolated, but Vardy looks a bit off it today.
KingsX Posted 8 November 2020 Posted 8 November 2020 Maddison is more of a defender, and much more physical of one, than he used to be. BR turning him into a complete player.

There was nothing wrong with the handball rules two years ago. They had to change it to stop the ball going in off an arm counting, but then they added all this new nonsense which has ruined it and confused fans and players alike.
