But what I'm trying to say is that this is the kind of game that would be good to bring him in. Not a higher profile game against tougher opposition where he's tested more. It was a good game to give him minutes if all went well with his recovery phase. Like I said before, perhaps he could have been given some time in the u23 games first but if he's been assessed and deemed fit to play some part in this game, then I don't see an issue with that. Hasn't he been almost ready for a few weeks? So then that shows to me he could have come back a few weeks ago which would have been premature, but was given the time to get fitter and be more ready. Not ready enough though evidently. We’ve got a state of the art medical team (or should have at least) this kind of thing shouldn’t be happening at all never mind twice in a year. 3
StanSP Posted 3 December 2020 Posted 3 December 2020 If Ndidi and Pereira come through unscathed and play a considerable amount of games, is that down to them, physios, luck, or a combination of all?

blabyboy Posted 3 December 2020 Posted 3 December 2020 Much better setup and run by Barnes... end effort still needs work.
shailen Posted 3 December 2020 Posted 3 December 2020 N'didi looking good so far. Ricardo hasnt been involved much so far but expected after so long out. 1
1972 Fox Posted 3 December 2020 Posted 3 December 2020 Does this Commentator ever shut up? I've heard enough of his nonsensical ramblings. 1

majaco Posted 3 December 2020 Posted 3 December 2020 I am enjoying the Ukrainian commentary. Several level up on listening to Carragher

The medical team will have done their job if that’s the case. Im not trying to hang anyone out to dry it’s just disappointing to see as you’d imagine it surely must of been pretty preventable. I mean it’s -3 over there it’s not good fodder for muscle injuries. 1
jayfox26 Posted 3 December 2020 Posted 3 December 2020 Not sure what was worse, the fact Ricardo was booked or the fact he didnt even complain about being booked
KFS Posted 3 December 2020 Posted 3 December 2020 Worst yellow I’ve seen. Can we have the lady back? She was great
