Hopefully just a bit of pain and off as a precaution. Looked like he felt something, but we won't know for a day or so.

If that's anything to do with his existing injury it's another huge black mark for our training / medical setup.

You are Dave Rennie in disguise and I claim my £5!

Huh? I meant a few months ago as in that was the length of time. What did you expect to happen?

A proper and accurate medical assessment to make sure he’s actually ok start without getting injured again.

If it’s a different injury fair enough but looked like a similar one to me

No idea what’s going on behind the scenes regarding injuries at the min! If he’s out a long time then I’ll be fuming!

He was assessed by a specialist re whether he needed an op and it was decided he didn’t

that’s why he’s back in Dec and not jan

but it seems that it might be best for him to have that op and come back in March and then have the euros ahead of him

Look out of ideas when attacking already

Edit perhaps too harsh to say this early. Not very fluid so far tho

There seems to be something wrong with our injury recovery assessment! Soyuncu injured again? Why rush him if he is not ready?

Plus a re occurrence I hear for Castagne with a simple hamstring injury and Wilf last year.  You have to question the rehab and management of these injuries

What if a proper and accurate medical assessment was done and this problem couldn't have been seen or shown up?

Zorya are gonna be well drilled and likely play same team often and we’re gonna be a bit hit or miss this game. I’ll take a scrappy 1-0 and no more injuries please

Didn't we rush Maddison and Vardy back last season too?

This game is a classic example of why we really miss YT when he's absent and why Praet always looked terrible coming in to replace him last year.

We're absolutely crying out for a midfielder to drop in and take control of the game, to quarterback it.

Whatever strengths Praet has as a player, that's not it at all.
