There must be an independent sporting court of appeal though?

I’m not sure to be honest, would be hard for them to appeal though if an entirely water tight new law was pushed through.

Florentino Perez Reckons the clubs have all signed a legally binding contract last Saturday, so the clubs might not be able to leave the super league if true

Sounds like desperation, real are in big financial trouble, and his job was depending on this. It has all collapsed around him

Graham Souness has it the nail on the head, even though they've said they've pulled out this super league setup. They have still signed a suppose contract, can they just walk away from that i mean. It's a bit like a club agreeing to sign a player, paper works all done and dusted the players offically signed and then decided he's not going to going to come. I mean I think this far from over.

Very often these are just agreements of intent. Which doesn't bind them into anything until a  later stage.

The Man City statement says as Much. From the Group development plans.

Mr Perez needs to ask himself if he fancies taking on Mr Putins best mate, that’s Mr Putin who gets people killed with ****ing radioactive material.

Let's hope that. due to their behaviour, they can be charged with bringing the game into disrepute with hefty financial penalties and immediate points deductions , as well as -30 from next season

That’s not proof of signing up for a new competition is it?  lol

No but putting out a statement on your own website saying you have is. So is going on national TV and saying you have. So is then coming out and saying you are no longer going to join said competition.

In terms of evidence, come this time tomorrow they ain’t going to have of a leg to stand on with that argument are they.

They’ve officially withdrawn so they must have signed up to it

The clubs all signed up to it there’s no disputing that - Man City and Chelsea apparently only signed up through fear of being left behind.

Reads that they’ve withdrawn from a talking shop ....... surely their lawyers wouldn’t allow them to sign a one way contract with no obvious and accessible exit strategy???

Who knows, you are more than likely right
