MarriedaLeicesterGirl Posted 28 August 2021 Posted 28 August 2021 Arteta isn't gonna be a manager on Monday, is he?
StriderHiryu Posted 28 August 2021 Posted 28 August 2021 This reminds me of the time Man U beat Arsenal 8-2, except back then it promoted Arsenal to spend some money (ironically Arteta being one of the signings), whereas this time they’ve already spent 100m on this squad. Mental.

CrispinLA in Texas Posted 28 August 2021 Posted 28 August 2021 And the Sports journalists were raving about Arsenal battering West Brom kids team in the midweek
Fox42 Posted 28 August 2021 Posted 28 August 2021 A nice consolation if we don’t win our game today is that Arsenal will sit rock bottom of the table… 1

Aus Fox Posted 28 August 2021 Posted 28 August 2021 Just in case we need it later, Arsenal’s biggest defeat was 8 - 0 against Loughborough about 120 years ago. Since the PL started they’ve lost by six twice Man Utd (8-2) and Chelsea (6-0).
turkish14 Posted 28 August 2021 Posted 28 August 2021 Yes only 3 games in, but anyone else see a arsenal situation evolving like Leeds in 2004? I felt before this season, arsenal could be in big trouble, so far I see just that.

They’ve played Chelsea and Man City in two of their three games. 1

I hope so, arsenal fans have always had a “woe is me” attitude even when playing in the cl every season, would be nice for them to see what REAL crap football is like

splinterdream Posted 28 August 2021 Posted 28 August 2021 Arsenal emulating our performance last week 1
Number 6 Posted 28 August 2021 Posted 28 August 2021 This is not a serious team. Yes some player stupidity but where is the defensive organisation? I can't see Arsenal finishing above us whilst they have Arteta in charge.
sdb Posted 28 August 2021 Posted 28 August 2021 Maybe I'm getting old, or maybe it's the fact I can barely see the football from the glare of the sun, but I'd rather a yellow for that. Didn't look like he was ever likely to catch the player?
Countryfox Posted 28 August 2021 Posted 28 August 2021 Just wondered why nobody was saying much about that tackle .. on the wrong bloody thread that’s why !! …. Took me 3 posts to realise …
