Just don't get why not do it at any point after the last few games before today?

Perhaps they've got the new manager situation finalised this week?

It’s international week so plenty of time to get a new manager in. They must have someone in mind.

Norwich fans must be bored of going up and down, they definitely needed a change.

Apparently Farke was told he was sacked after doing his media duties, pretty shabby.

Thomas 'Saxo' Frank's post game interview is a classic of its kind. His assessment of the match today was that Norwich got their first goal after one of their players "turned into Messi" and then 'got a bit of luck" with their second goal.  After that there was only one team in it and his team were very unlucky. He then finished off by reflecting on how they should have beaten Chelsea, should have beaten us and should have beaten Norwich!!  lol

It’s very odd to be banging on about it still but he’s not wrong.

Amazing to think despite our indifferent start to the season, a win tomorrow and we could be joint 5th, in the league cup 1/4 finals and still in Europe going into the final international break.

There really is nothing between 4th and about 12th or 13th other than runs of form.

Listening to players/managers do interviews is not worth the time anymore. Players generally say what they are trained to say, managers the same to extent, with losing managers adding an extra "the ref got this wrong/we dominated the game/we gave them a soft goal"

Brentford seem to be in free fall, i wonder if their promotion bounce has already gone flat, may well struggle to stay up now.

Frank reminds me of Graham Potter's bold, but stubborn all out attack in his first season at Brighton. Attractive to watch and admirable in some ways, but one dimensional and vulnerable which is why GP has a far more pragmatic approach now.

Honestly, I expected more from them when we played them the other week. A lot of energy but that’s all. Awful long throw too.

Wonder if they fancied Wilder and their hand has been forced by Boro binning off Warnock today?

On radio earlier, bbc reporting that Wilder  has already signed for Boro and will be unveiled on Tuesday

Was looking at the table and thinking the same. Despite the fact that we have not been at our best, far from it, we are only one or two results from still being in a position to mount a challenge for top 4/6. If we can sort out our defensive woes we certainly have the fire power to turn it round
