They will probably beat us now. I’d imagine the shame of doing it again might cripple the lads. Expect a limp performance and a Kane hat-trick.....

But when we kick off it's not 'done' at all is it. We know if we win and only 1 of Chelsea or pool stuff up we are there. It's not like we have no chance.

This is defeatist talk.

For the fans who are going... please sing all game.

We need one big performance

BR needs to get the boys up for this big time. Put out the best side we can and just go for it from the off. Fans in the stadium and still a very real chance of CL qualification.

All we can do is our own job, beat Spurs and see what happens in the other two games.

it’s not over until it’s over.

Hmmmm, finishing 5th is an excellent achievement but Spurs and arsenal are just irreverent, to really disrupt things we’d have to finish in the top 4 and take a champions league place away from one of them, I’m sure the top 4 are happy us finishing 5th.

Really need to go all out from the start and force something to happen (just like Chelsea against us who should have been out of sight by HT). Let's take the game to Tottenham and see what we can do.

Tottenham are not going to throw this game, they will do everything to keep their chance of finishing 6th and will be more than happy to finish 7th. No reason why they would throw away any European spot.

We just have to win and see how things go elsewhere. I think it’s all on Villa to be honest.

It’s going to be a tough game, we don’t seem to have more than two goals in us.

Having seen how poor Spurs were. I can't shake the feeling that Rodgers spends this week absolutely adoring the job Mason is doing and sends us out to be super defensive. Villa go and  take the lead against Chelsea and we're drawing 0-0 down to a poor Spurs team that were played off the park at home to Villa mid-week.

It's sickening but acceptable if we miss out on goal difference. It'd be unforgiveable if one of the other teams slip up and we don't beat a poor spurs team at home in a must win game.

It'll be a great day for neutrals on Sunday, but it'll be absolutely unbearable for us fans lol

I'm still convinced that a win will be enough for us.

KILL THEM!!!!

When we've lost at home to Fulham, Newcastle, West Ham, Leeds, Everton and Arsenal this season it would not be "unforgiveable" if we didn't beat Spurs.

In a game we know we have to win after Spurs have been played off the park by Villa. Let me rephrase that. It'll be unforgiveable if we don't put in a performance that deserves a win. Obviously a ref could decide to send someone off or give Spurs a penalty because Fofana looked at Kane.

We should out run them, we should have more shots than them, we should be all over them. If we're none of those then for me it's unforgivable.

Spurs are a mess.

Last night fans were kept waiting for 35-60mins for a lap of appreciation. Stewards trying to force fans out of the gods whilst being charged £60 a ticket.

5th place and FA Cup secured...excellent season especially given our injuries and small squad. Once again we've upset the "big 6"...and you can tell they are pissed given the ridiculous comments made about us lately...you love to see it 😅

So, this game! Hopefully its a celebration and we win, who cares about the other results, and if we lose, again who cares! 5th place and FA Cup .... completed 🎉🥳🥰

absolutely my thoughts entirely having waited 52 years for the trophy.
