Reckon it’s probably like an Alan Smith deal with us, recognises his career was made here (or Forest in Wes’ case) but all his glory was won when he moved to a bigger club (or us, in Wes’ case).

 

Won a League One play-off final with Forest then came here and won the Championship, Premier League and FA Cup and scored a crucial goal to get us into the Champions League Quarter Finals, not much of a contest is it?

His performances alongside Huth in the title winning season were nothing short of incredible. 

Put his body on the line time and time again.  

Not just that season though he has always given his all for the club whenever he has played. 

 

Also led us to the biggest trophies we could of ever dreamed of lifting. What a captain:scarf:

His final act as a Leicester City player was lifting the FA cup alongside his Premier League winning teammates. Couldn't ask for a better farewell.
