Next Captain + Vice-Captain

I think it is pretty obvious Kasper will become the next club captain, who do we think gets vice-captain? Youri?

For me, I would name all three of Vardy, Tielemans and Evans as vice-captains.

 

All bring different leadership qualities to the table, so it'd be remiss to not take advantage.

Vardy has always captained us before when Schmeichel and Morgan have been out, so I expect he'll become vice captain.

 

Pretty sure Albrighton and Evans have captained us in cup ties before too.

It'll be Vardy, when Kasper hasn't played this season it has been Vardy and when both don't play it's Tielemans. I think that shows the hierarchy in the group.

...very much common sense says it should be Youri, because of  his position and the role he plays within the team!!!

I think as a Vice Captain and as a way of pushing a player to develop in the way you believe he can do, my choice would be Wilf. There is now a growth and maturity aspect which needs to be brought to the fore, and he now needs to be looking at the game in those terms. With the environment and the people around him it is a great opportunity for him to be able to express himself on the pitch via his attitude and presence.

Kasper as captain, Youri as vice. I think Vardy and Evans are big enough in the dressing room as it is anyway

We need to think about the future. Vardy, kasper and evans are all at the end of their careers.

Even though Vardy would fit the bill of vice captain, I am not sure he wants it. Much more likely to be Youri as vice.
