This one?

My god, and we complain about some of our commentators.

Imagine listening to that every week!

Camarasa for Cardiff to win 1-0 in the last minute a few seasons ago.

Looked like it was sailing safely over the bar from my angle, then the net rippled.

I'd probably agree with the Di Maria or Bergkamp goals, but for a bit of variety the McGeady goal in our first game back in the big time was a fantastic effort in terms of precision.

It felt like Arsenal scored at least one wonder goal against us every season for a while.

Di Maria in the 5-3 win, that chip over Kasper was unreal

I remember that goal going in and thinking "how the **** can we compete with this quality"...

Then we went and beat them! lol

Di Maria’s lob in the 5-3, Chris Brunt crackers for Wednesday in the championship, Chalobah in the playoffs, most recently I would say Kompanys strike for Man City to virtually win them the league. Right behind it at the Etihad, it was an incredible strike, my mate texted me after it went in describing it as an absolute “thunderba****d 🤣

Sigurdsson a few seasons back for Everton did this Cruyff turn past one of our players (Maddison I think) and hits this absolute belter in the top corner from 30 yards. I was right behind it in the ground and applauded it. I got some funny looks but sometimes you just have to appreciate witnessing quality

All of the 4 Sheffield Wednesday scored against us in the 1v4 home defeat, every single 1 was a screamer :appl:

I can't remember the 3rd and 4th goals being that close together lol

Yeah, Di Maria and Bergkamp were the two that immediately sprung to mind when I saw the thread title. Not surprised to see them come up in the first few posts.

That McGeady goal is a great shout. It's nice being reminded of ones that aren't the obvious.

I was going to say this. I'm in the still of that video. 2nd row behind the goal. Literally just sat there in awe.

Too many to mention. Van Nistelrooy's hattrick against us in 2003 included one where he controlled the ball over his head, come inside of someone and smashed it in.

In more recent years, Mark Noble scored a brilliant half volley against us under Puel.

I’d forgotten about that one. Hadn’t we just pulled off a couple of really good results only to go and lose to Cardiff in what many described as ‘typical Leicester’?

One that sticks out for me was back in 1992, Leicester beating Middlesboro 2-1, there goal was a cracker from Jamie Pollock, cannot do the link, so if somebody could kindly do it that would be great.

Time plays tricks on memories, but two shouts from the 80’s. I seem to recall beating Orient 5-3 ?? Think Vince Hilaire curled a screamer into top bin after a typically mazy run.

Similarly, Paul Walsh in his last game for Luton ahead of moving to Liverpool scored a hat trick in a 0-4 demolition and pretty sure one of them was a worldie.

Edit - just searched and that orient gane was 78-79!! 😳

Going back a bit here, but the first away game I went to was at White Hart Lane some time in the sixties.

Jimmy Greaves took the ball just inside our half and went on a run, beating 4 or 5 defenders before rounding the keeper and slipping it into the net.

It was a thing of beauty, scored by the player who remains, to this day, head and shoulders, the best goal-scorer I've ever seen.

Kind of broke my heart, but I had to applaud it...

So many good goals scored against us over the years.

It's hard to look past that Arsenal Goal for pure footballing quality.

As an instinctive goal Chalaboah  for Watford is really good.

Remember going to Hillsborough for a night match away to Sheffield Wednesday in 96/97.

Ritchie Humphreys scored a great chip, in my mind, for them. Not seen it for years so probably wasn't that special but I remember everyone commenting what a fantastic goal it was.

Edit: found it.

Realise I might be the only one interested in solving this, but seems Hilaire was at Palace. Can’t find the game. Anyone remember it? It stood out for supposedly being the MOTD game of the day. But we were losing and “something” happened to the power to the MOTD truck, which stopped said coverage. Ring any bells with anyone ?
