No doubt make me look like an idiot in a minute but I still don't really understand the Grealish hype. 

 

Think he's got a bit of Richie Wellens syndrome, slows down play too much by just wanting to hold on to the ball forever. 

 

I mean it makes him great at drawing fouls which might help Villa win set pieces as an underdog but surely you want more than that out of a midfielder as England. Genuinely think before he lost his fitness and form Madders was much more creative. For all the stick Southgate gets for not picking him, I can't see why anyone thinks he should play ahead of Mount, Sterling or Foden.
