Another injury under Rodgers? What are these players doing in training exactly? (aside from avoiding set-pieces)

I know we've had some terrible luck with injuries (long-term ones; JJ, WF, RP) but surely something isn't quite right?

Out for 3 weeks then according to Rodgers. Be lucky to see him again this season.

Amazing number  of injuries and time out compared to when David  Rennie was on staff

Besides that cross from Luke Thomas he just didn’t get enough on, he looks like he’ll score every time he gets a chance. Unbelievable finisher very impressed with him so far this season. Certainly means there’s no need to rush Vardy back.

Really strong with his back to goal too. The amount of times we launch the ball up to him and he either keeps it or wins a free kick is impressive! More to cum

I thought in the second half against Tottenham he looked a bit light weight and he seemed to struggle to keep hold of the ball and get into the game.

He didn't look sharp either which is expected after 3 weeks out with a hamstring.

He's not a hold up man, he's a goalscoring centre forward and he needs some support. He was on his own against 3 centre backs on Wednesday. We don't play to his strengths there was occasions when we were getting the ball out wide and launching balls into the box with Daka the only one in there

...totally how Vardy constantly became isolated upfront!!!

He does hold the ball up better than Vardy but that is just a part of his game, he needs a better supply in order to shine as he has great movement and the ability to keep himself on side at all times.

Getting that Right Wing in would help him no end as Maddison likes to shoot as well as Barnes. The only player looking to supply is Lookman.

Wasn't able to listen to Rodgers after, any word on Daka injury at the end?

Said he thinks he's OK but doesn't really know.

Very much like that he finds himself in the right position at the right time. Whether that's running from deep when there's space in behind or in the box to finish the rebounds or ricochets.
