Don't really want to draw attention to this but I someone has to say it 🙁Something's up with Cags's hair.

And other issues, but mainly we need to locate what the stress is caused by and fix it. What's the one with caffeine in from Germany?

It was abysmal all over the pitch and in the manager’s brain today. But let’s not underestimate how much losing Fofana in the manner we did and when we did has changed the dynamics, not only in defence, but how defence interfaces with midfield. It’s massively affecting us.

Does Rodgers actually realise our shit performances? If so he does not seem to attend to the issues....... I realise we are hard hit in defence but our creative midfield is misfunctioning, Barnes is off it and we do have ample replacements on the bench. Why is he not trying out Daka, Soumare, KDH (earlier)??? I don´t get it. We´ve seen shit performances for months now and nothing seems to change. Is he just stubborn og does he see something that we don´t? Or do we see something he doesn´t? Beyond me at the moment.

Shocking at the back (Apart from Dan), very underwhelming in the middle, attacking play slow, laboured and poor. I'll take the 3 points though.

Moving forward.

Drop Maddison, play Nacho.

Get KDH as wide right.

Win.

It might be 3 points but what a crappy performance. Terrible defending, sloppy in midfield and limp upfront. Play like that against most of the Premier League and we would come away with nothing.

BR needs to change it up and get Soumare in and give Daka a chance alongside Vardy. Can't keep using the injury to Evans as an excuse. Too many players are under performing.

Definitely agree Soumare should have started the last 2 games

Not sure about Daka alongside Vardy though, they are both too similar and will try to play in the same areas - Nacho and Vardy together and then bring Daka on for Vardy after 60+ mins

What a grind out result that was. Cags wasmuch better in the second half. Although we were slow in attack, the second half was more controlled. But we are soooooooo sllooooooooow and Kels miss was criminal. But we won in my cup final and work on Monday looks like being a lot of fun.

BR still needs to make changes instead at more strategic points in the game. This game was crying out for Daka and some midfield strength. Maddison looks a shadow of his former self. We look weak in midfield and lack a physicality that a Wolves and West Ham have.

But we won the most important game of the season so at the moment I dont care.

Come ON.

Think people need to calm down a little. Only a few weeks ago we outplayed Man City in the Charity Shield.

Amartey had an excellent game today tbf.

He played okay. A few missed place passes but he made some good headers and he was far better than Caglar. Still doesn't inspire confidence and is terrible on the ball. But he's playing better than Soyunchu at present

Massive win that, cant afford to lose against these teams if we want a decent finish this season. poor performance but a win!

Hardly lucky. They were absolutely abysmal.

I would say a goal disallowed and under constant pressure being classed as lucky they could of easily won that game

We are very, very lucky to have won that 😂

yes - but we've also been very, very unlucky as well.  As the saying goes - you make your own luck.  Put it another way - there wasn't much bottling going on there from our team, was there?  Strong willed, see an away game through for 3 points when you're not at your best.  You could tell the heads went down after Ricardo's injury.  We as fans are frustrated by it but we think players are robots - they're not.  They know it's completely ****ing things up before we even get going.

That's a very positive performance for me.  The new guys will get game time.

We lose, we moan.

we win, we moan

We didn’t do that in the great escape season when we lost most. And that is because the effort and performances were there.

Three Points is all that matters tonight, but we got away with one again in all honesty, We`re really struggling at the moment.  So many players out of form.

I reckon it's just taking a few weeks to get properly consistently up to speed, with lots of injuries and changes and unable to rely on the depth some other teams have to just seamlessly fit in.

But the important thing is the points on the board while we go through this injury-hit period.

Let's hope Ricardo's injury isn't serious. Good job we've not got the 3 games/week at the moment and now a bit of a break for players to take before Man City.
