FoxesWalk Posted 22 December 2021 Posted 22 December 2021 I’m sure there is value in him being around for Thomas, to learn whatever he can from his experience, but I’d start Thomas over him every day of the week. 1
GeorgeTheFox Posted 22 December 2021 Posted 22 December 2021 First player ever for us that I have completely despised 3 1
TMELcfc Posted 22 December 2021 Posted 22 December 2021 When we signed him and Vestergaard you lot didn’t want to hear the honest truth 😂 Why our recruitment / Rodgers wanted them I’ll never know
ARTY_FOX Posted 22 December 2021 Posted 22 December 2021 (edited) Not good enough. Shouldn't be playing. Ship him out on loan ASAP or con a championship team into buying him. Edited 22 December 2021 by ARTY_FOX
Mickyblueeyes Posted 22 December 2021 Posted 22 December 2021 He's shit. Its not even the penalty miss today. Its his general demeanour. When he comes on/starts, I worry. No player should concern you that much. 3 1

Yes he's shit and yes he looks like a total twat, but if he cares then the fans have something to hold out hope for. He literally plays like he's got a massive grudge against Leicester. I said it was a terrible signing at the time and yet I'm still shocked at just how bad he is. 1
Reg Vardy Posted 22 December 2021 Posted 22 December 2021 Have to agree it was a poor penalty from Bertrand, but to balance that if Luke Thomas scores we would have won the game, nobody seems to consider that…

Mike Oxlong Posted 22 December 2021 Posted 22 December 2021 Making me miss the talent that was Ryan McGivern
mod hero Posted 22 December 2021 Posted 22 December 2021 I hate him, the way carries himself is like he don’t give a ****. Bin immediately

NaijaFox Posted 22 December 2021 Posted 22 December 2021 (edited) BIN OFF…and take the loss! I said it in the Transfer Talk forum that I would of course support him 1000% if we signed him, but that I wish we wouldn’t… Not surprised one bit, because anyone who watched more than the odd Southampton game last season would’ve seen that he was shot! Edited 22 December 2021 by NaijaFox
Steve Earle Posted 22 December 2021 Posted 22 December 2021 Ok, I thought he looked great pre-season, admit post-COVID he’s been generally poor. Credit to him for putting his hand up to take a pen. Vardy didn’t

Bluefoxsam Posted 22 December 2021 Posted 22 December 2021 (edited) You can argue ability wise there has been worse signings BUT the games he has cost us like tonight and Napoli have cost our club alot more then anyone else Edited 22 December 2021 by Bluefoxsam 3
Reg Vardy Posted 22 December 2021 Posted 22 December 2021 Yep probably on £50k + a week, and obviously wanted to take it, and he missed it…I forgive him immediately, he is going to be great, but that miss ( Like Vardy’s against Moscow, also never mentioned) cost us the game….

Bin immediately The fact Rodgers has let it go is telling about the soft touch he is. Go and see Klopp and Guardiola after a performance like that and see how they react. He should have been ostracised a long time ago and told he wouldn't be playing until he could be bothered to out in a shift. Then again, he'd probably be happy with that, even easier money. Utter twat
Bryn Posted 22 December 2021 Posted 22 December 2021 Whoever approved Bertrand and Vestergaard needs to go. 2
Kinowe Soorie Posted 22 December 2021 Posted 22 December 2021 Heads should roll for his signing. Abysmal player. 1

Do we Thomas to learn how to play football with motor neurone disease from him? We should get a restraining order on Bertrand so Thomas learns nothing from that useless drain

Was it his fault Vardy didn’t take one? Mate, come on. He's a million miles off the pace of it. Gives people far too much room and doesn't have the physicallity to do anything about. Bust!
