Not surprised really.

Can we hold off the insults though please, still recovering from the Liverpool stuff!

What happened  with the Liverpool stuff???

🙄

I think this is the last round of matches with postponements though. From the 15th the League will insist on protocols being met and any outbreaks will be tough luck.

Bunch of snowflakes. They’re merely postponing their 6-0 drubbing for a couple of months. They’re already dead and buried. What’s the point.

Isn't this a good thing, considering our diabolical injury situation? Players can get some rest and maybe we can get a few back for the Burnley game.

But we won't as we lose 3 or 4 players to the afcon!

The schedule has definitely played it's part in the postponements. Lots of players have knocks for a couple of days after a game and now they are using that as an excuse. More would have survived if there was a week between fixtures.

With regards to covid cases / injuries, do the PL board just take the club’s word for it ? Or do they have to prove they have them ?

They've gone from being able to fill a squad in previous game to suddenly only having 4 outfield players train a mere 24 hours later. I'm not having that.

ikr!

Like it’s possible for someone to be ok one day and ill the next, or not test positive for covid one day but then do so the next. Ridiculous.

I've just got it.

Salad TOSSERS.

:yahoo:

But I only got there via "Salad Bowls", "Fruit Salads" and the French insult "Salauds".

I have the same sense of relief you get from peeing after having to hold it in.

They have said that they will investigate but the truth is that they will just take the club doctor’s word for it via a report

Yeah, this has come at the worst time with so many games. Had it been from two weeks time it would've been easier to manage.

I would have said we should get Everton or Spurs to play us this weekend instead but we'd benefit from the rest

They are also playing.

Greco-Roman wrestling between the remaining fit players instead of rearranged fixtures? It'll diversify the fanbase and sell more calendars at the shop.

I like this idea. Let’s re-sign Was!

Surely this is going to mean an extended season and no doubt play havoc into the start of next season given the 2022 World Cup.

With more managers crying "tHe PlAyErS hAvE hAd No ReSt Or BrEaKs!"

You/They do realise they're just delaying and creating fixture pile up and scheduling issues later down the line?

Not the worst thing for us with our injuries, however that is three extra games to squeeze into the schedule next year. Not sure when we get them in.

probably have a fitter squad by then though so its not a real issue apart from not being able to watch us play on the 1st, if anything it will help us with the 3 games later into the season.

Tbf for their last game they had a load of kids and 2 keepers on the bench and still couldn't fill it. Oh and picked up 3 injuries during the game and have had a load of positive Covid tests since.

Seems fair enough to me.

The never ending season. So are they injured or out with covid. This season may never end at this rate

Only takes one positive covid case and those unvaccinated will have to self isolate. But it's their choice, ffs.

I wish they’d just force clubs to play U23s and get on with it. It would have made the season more interesting.

So where are Coalville playing on New Year’s Day? We should all rock up there and support our local non league team, or Hinckley or whoever is closest to you.
