2 goals and 2 assists is nowt special, but then again Morgan Rogers output at Boro last season wasn't overly impressive and he's been unbelievable. I don't think I've ever clocked this Tanner in Cardiff stuff I've seen. Ruben Colwill was the one I liked the look of last season.

Far be it for me to try and explain anything Football Insider reports, but it makes absolutely no sense for Leeds to be interested in Tanner. They have two better wingers than him who can't get a start as is.

No issue with the 17 year old. People complain about not planning for the future and buying these types of players,  then when we do, it gets shit on.

agreed, but we do need some signings for the here and now if we are going to try and stay up. It should be a mixture of signings to improve the 11 and future potential signings.

That’s the pool we’re shopping in at the moment, it would be sensible but does sound like the Rennes deal is happening. 
 

They have the upper hand because they will let Celtic get their ex player back.  Shame though as at 10m that’s worth a punt.  Although, with spurs needing a forward you’d have expected Ange to be linked if he was any good.

I agree completely but realistically we need about 3 players that instantly improve the first 11. With seemingly no budget we just won’t be able to. Might aswell build for future instead. Sorry I’m just resigned to the fact we are down. I know its an extremely negative view. 😂
