JJ is really back. We have been the best team this half. Proud of the lads. KDH and Lookman need to do better with their chances. JJ and Amartey back in defense helps a lot. We can do this.

2 mid table sides playing out a nil nil so far. Both look like they could score if they get it right. 

 

Lookman should score but I don't think it's a great pass by Barnes, who has been poor again.

I thought DA JJ CS KDH had good half. Did Barnes decide to go off before kick off he has In my opinion been anonymous. Lookman having one of his very unimpressive days, Dakabis coming very deep to try and get into the game

We've looked solid enough so far. Need to take these chances.

 

Daka not really been in it so I'm expecting second half he'll probably win us the game.

 

KDH as always instrumental in terms of driving the ball and team on.

- Youri has 4 or 5 tackles + interceptions.  Should be out of the doghouse with this performance.

 

- KDH's beard is as bad as Maddison's.  What is up with these wispy chins

Really impressed with how much confidence JJ has come back with. 

 

Wish it would rub off on everyone else. Yet again too slow a lot of the time. Few decent chances we should have done more with. 

 

Lookman needs to wake up a bit. End product has been poor.

Big Dan so much more assured playing the ball out compared to the start of the season when he would either pass it to Cags next to him or give it away

Need to up a gear to win this, KDH the MOTM so far, JJ looks good. Youri still not really in it. BHA only conceded 10 goals away from home this season. Away win on the cards. Even the women are losing.

Apart the last 5 mins.  a good half.  Some  good performances namely Dan, KDH and the two full backs.  Barnes needs to get into this more and we need to give Daka more service.  Nothing on the bench that is going to improve this, so more of the same and see where this takes us.  Must take at least 1 point.

Although it's been OK so far, this has all the hallmarks of them nicking it 0-1 probably against the run of play. We're lacking that bit of confidence with that final pass/shot. I hope not but just a worry of mine.

What has happened to Barnes? Just seems to lay the ball off rather than driving at defenders like he used to.

Not a bad first half I thought. Defensively decent with Amartey back. Attacking wise, I like this lineup. Lookman had the best chance and he should have buried it.  Justin looks good - reminds us how good he was becoming before his injury. Glad he is back.

Looks like 0-0 draw or 1-1, even though we look better at scoring than them

With Wilf away, Youri is having to play deeper and it does detract a bit from from our attacking

 

JJ and Amartey coming in has improved us.

 

KDH running himself into the ground again.

 

 Feel we need a bit more from Barnes.

He is actually player of season for me considering how he was vilified on here by many at one point
