Scary stuff! I'll come back at 4 and hope its not to toxic on here!!!!

It better not be, all I wanted from the Tottenham game is to select a side that gave us the best opportunity in Rome. There'll be no criticism from me in hindsight regardless of the result.

Haha, it actually did take it up a little bit but I do agree,  I would be fuming if that part let me down.

I was tempted to put Soumare in for a yellow as well because that raises the odds a lot considering he's been pretty useless. Perhaps even Bet365 know he won't get near enough to someone to receive a yellow!

I think you'll be safe, with the back 5, we tend to block a lot of shots, so I can imagine a combination of deflected shots and Schmeichel saves will see Spurs alone have 5+ corners in the first half :D

Just seen interview with Brendan. Said KHD had a tight calf and Maddison had a sore hip. When he mention KDH it felt my world had collapsed around me :o

I wasn't particularity bothered by this match however having seen the line up I'm quite excited to see what happens. This could really work out today. I think it all hangs on how the midfield perform.

Iheanacho to put us ahead here, followed by Spurs domination then us shit housing a 2-1 win.

Amartey in the last minute with the winner

More evidence of crack cocaine taking its evil toll on our glorious FT members.

I know there's some on here with a soft spot for Spurs (eg Weller 54 !) but I'm hoping they leave this match with their egos bruised (and their bodies battered). Big Dan to have Mr. Kane in his pocket !

Spurs have something to play for ( but not a trophy of course… it’s Spurs :giggle:) and we’re playing our second choice line up bar Kasper so it could be an inevitable Son / Kane 2-0 home win but some of ours could have something to prove, Nacho has goals in him, maybe a wide open 2-2 or 3-3. Oh I haven’t a clue but would take a draw right now.

Watching this today will be like I imagine watching us on prozac would be like.

I have kind of a mild interest, but it's not really a biggie if it doesn't come off.

They will both be fine, he’s just saying that to justify to the media why they’re not in the squad

I don’t care what anyone says, 3-5-2 is the best at getting the most out of our current crop.

A case could be made, though certainly not this 3-5-2.  But resting KDH (and Maddison and Tielemans) trumps fielding our best team for this match.
