Automatically referring to that team in Manchester as ‘city’, as a Leicester City fan is quite depressing. As someone who lives in the States, we primarily call Man City - City Man U - United Leicester City - Leicester Don’t make an argument out of nothing. Is it also problematic that I also call kits, jerseys? Edited 18 February 2023 by NYC Fox Fan 2
purpleronnie Posted 18 February 2023 Posted 18 February 2023 well apart from Villa, its been a disaster for us.
fox_up_north Posted 18 February 2023 Posted 18 February 2023 I'm not doom and gloom. You get days like this. I stand by 5 wins would keep us up and we've got 2 already. 2
SuperMike Posted 18 February 2023 Posted 18 February 2023 What a SH*TE afternoon for us - need something from OT. (at least Palace drop points!)
RowlattsFox Posted 18 February 2023 Posted 18 February 2023 It's a jammy result for result given the way the game went. Disappointing for some teams to win but still means Leeds and Wolves lost.

DezFox Posted 18 February 2023 Posted 18 February 2023 (edited) Looks like we will definitely have to do this on our own. Never known us have such a lack of favours from anyone. Big sides just rolling over. Oh well. Edited 18 February 2023 by DezFox 1
coolhandfox Posted 18 February 2023 Posted 18 February 2023 Not worry about Bournemouth winning they have a really tough run of fixtures coming up. Bournemouth, Leeds and Southampton to go for me. 3
Chelmofox Posted 18 February 2023 Posted 18 February 2023 Leeds 2nd from bottom and 1 point above Southampton. Ouch.
Noahfence Posted 18 February 2023 Posted 18 February 2023 We’ll laugh about today’s results tomorrow after Kelechi makes it 3 1
Foxdiamond Posted 18 February 2023 Posted 18 February 2023 They could not all win so at least Wolves and Leeds worse off after today. Basically we have to get our own results and hopefully we are good enough to get them 2

This would leave us needing 12/13 points from 14 games. March is when our run needs to start. I hope so, and we have been a transformed team these last two games, however I fear Manchester United will be too much for us tomorrow and Arsenal are just one of those teams where we rarely get anything. Just shows that as good as those last two results were, we are well and truly still in the thick of a relegation battle. I don't want Dyche here, and out of all the teams id like to see go down, Everton are top of the list, but you've got to credit Dyche that he's doing exactly what he was brought in to do. He achieved well with a very average Burnley team so I'm quite curious, when he keeps Everton up, how he'll do next season. 1
CrispinLA in Texas Posted 18 February 2023 Posted 18 February 2023 Chelsea match going to finish until they get a last second goal
Cadno'r Cymoedd Posted 18 February 2023 Posted 18 February 2023 Sides at the bottom took points off others down there in essence, so not all that gloomy even if we had wanted some different results. We just need to focus on our own performances and results and we'll be OK. 1
Popular Post Vacamion Posted 18 February 2023 Popular Post Posted 18 February 2023 No point moaning about other teams' results. Leicester City have to get 40 plus points and then we'll have nothing to worry about and can enjoy other teams nicking points off each other. Given our new signings, and recent performances, I'm reasonably confident this can happen, whatever transpires tomorrow. 11
Mickyblueeyes Posted 18 February 2023 Posted 18 February 2023 (edited) It’s actually an incredible season for the neutral this year. A genuine title race. A genuine race for top four. The Europa league spaces are still very much up for grabs. And this ridiculously entertaining relegation battle (very stressful if you’re involved though). Nearly every team could have something to play for and we are in Feb - it’s great Edited 18 February 2023 by Mickyblueeyes 2

Lose tomorrow and it’s not going to matter much I don’t think. I think (and hope) the signings have enabled us to turn a corner. With Maddison being fit again the biggest factor
Tielemans63 Posted 18 February 2023 Posted 18 February 2023 Chelsea really are ****ing crap. They've spent bazillions on some absolute muck. You love to see it. 1
