Cadno'r Cymoedd Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 If he doesn't sack him after this, then something is very seriously wrong. 2

I think Vichai would of gave him a golden handshake in the summer, to let Pearson go when we did and then replace him with a man written off by many and to go on and do what we did, I guess you can't learn instincts and gut feeling on certain situations. cityfanlee23 Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 I’ll be honest any money not fully committed and signed on the dotted line to expand the stadium should be immediately pulled and go into the squad. We can expand to 40k in future. Right now we need to be looking at January. 1 1
Corky Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 This should be a sobering tale of never giving one man so much money and power within a club. They went all in on this project, please never, ever again. 4
Hammo Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 We still love you, Top. But if you don’t get rid of Rodgers, we no longer will. Make the move. Now. 2
FoxyLeon Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Let's be honest and assess the situation correctly, Top and Vichai have made just one appointment in their time here that was both logical and worked, that was reappointing the three musketeers (Pearson, Shakey and Walsh). The appointment of Ranieri, despite having an outrageous success, was rightly considered foolish. Giving Rodgers the job, in my mind, was just as bad, as his track record proved exactly the point we're at now. Puel in my mind has actually been their strongest decision since Pearson, and when we look back, he did a decent enough job in comparison. Vichai and Top have backed us financially, but their footballing decisions have been bad, let's not pretend otherwise. Pearson/Shakey/Walsh taught Vichai a lot, and sadly all that has disappeared from the Club now. I'm sure someone will try to be 'clever' and point out Ranieri being a 'great appointment'....But the reality is, if Brentford sack Thomas Frank and appoint Alan Curbishley, then they win the League next season, it's still a terrible decision at this moment in time.
Bourne Blue& White Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 11 goals conceded in the last 2 games, Elite manager my arse 🤬 Should have gone after the Forest debacle. 2
CrispinLA in Texas Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 How the f**k has Brendan conned the footballing world that he's a elite manager!

Sorry, have to disagree. Ranieri was obviously the right decision by what happened. It worked. He tried to change our style in response to losing Kante and lost it. But the guy was clearly the right decision at the time. Edited 17 September 2022 by Cadno'r Cymoedd
Daggers Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Sick of this movie, Top. Put another one on.

Popular Post cityfanlee23 Posted 17 September 2022 Popular Post Posted 17 September 2022 I’ll probably get laughed at for this, but I would genuinely consider seeking out Ralf Rangnick as an advisory role. His record in terms of on the pitch was obviously quite poor, but he very quickly told everyone the exact mess United were in and his warnings have largely been listened to. He is one of the best footballing brains around at the moment and he could easily give us advisory help alongside his role as Austria boss. 5
cropstonfox Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Pretty sure Top is already dealing with this. Confidentiality of targets along with not compromising Brendon are the reasons it's so quiet. Sorted within a week.............. 2
Dames Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Rudkin can sling his hook as well. Our fall since the FA cup win has been nothing short of disgraceful.

Rudkin and Martin George were the only ones I recognised. Both looked thoroughly miserable as you’d expect. Rudkin messaging away on his phone much of the time. Perhaps he’s on Foxestalk!
blueharmie Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Fire him for ****s sake. Stop pussy footing around he's a fraud . This is beyond a joke. We're going down 1
Guest itude Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Sorry to have to say it, but not happy with Top now. He is dithering, farting about and acting like a dilettante. Fiddling, or whatever he does, as the club burns

filbertway Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Top. Please do your job or sell the club to someone that will. We want progress, not your pals to have cushy jobs 1
surrifox Posted 17 September 2022 Posted 17 September 2022 Value of KP’s investment in the club is decreasing fast. The family won’t like that. He will be under a lot of pressure surely
Bptiger Posted 18 September 2022 Posted 18 September 2022 What the hell is he waiting for Xmas , by that time we won’t be able to get out of this mess.
