"Man of the Match"

3/5 clean sheets. Cool, calm, composed. Solidified a terrible defence and quietly turning our season around.

Cult Hero. Faes for PM calm the chaos.

The Spurs match doesn’t count. 3/4 since he’s been settled in. He was a very good signing.

It was so important this guy didn't turn out to be a flop. And thank god he isn't! Not a world beater but very solid. Got him for 15m, but probably a 25-30m player if he consistently kept us this form.

Good player, great attitude, which I think was the most important thing in this signing.

Good positive interview after the game.

I like the cut of his jib.

And his hair.

Great character!

Get him a decent solid partner in Jan and our defence suddenly becomes top 10 again. He is class though and definitely softens the blow of loosing Fofana.

This signing could turn out to be 1 of the biggest in our history could be the difference between going down and staying up

Yes he has.  He has looked out of his depth against Spurs as soon as Son came on (like the rest of the defence) and was lucky not to gift Forest 2 goals on Monday.  Both of the goals were his fault on Saturday.

You can argue with me about it if you want but it will not change the facts.  I am as fair as anyone else but he is not good enough and repeat again, we already have a similar player not even making the squad in Soyuncu.  What was the point in buying him?

Aged well? Has he changed your mind yet?

Brilliant post. He’s not a Fofana like for like replacement but he’s exactly what we need right now. Very solid.

Prefer him to Fofana. Different class but i already feel i've seen better games from him. Question marks will be how much more development there will be from him, but right now a great signing.

I agree mportantly looks like he enjoys defending and the physical aspects of the game.
