Don't think he's fully fit yet. But I do wonder if he's only there because the sports media know how good he could be for England (and have said so, many times) but GS refuses to accept that, so has taken him just to shut them up.

According to FIFA rankings we had the only 3 other teams in the top 20 in our group. The rest of the groups had other teams outside the 20.

 

Therefore, potentially the toughest group.
