That is absolutely appalling from the VAR official. He genuinely needs investigating. Just because it had no impact on the result doesn't make it less serious.

As predicted, England one of the big tournament favourites. The only realistic challengers at this moment are Brazil and Argentina (who are both beatable). The KO's is where the football really starts but I think England have a fairly nice route to the semis (assuming no big teams drop into 2nd spot, like Netherlands and Argentina).

 

Watching Bundesliga, I see a fair bit of Bellingham. Unreal player.

They had 3 attacks scored twice and hit the crossbar, wait till brazil, spain, france etc play us.  I dont like our defence, of course maybe we'll get a fortuitous run like the Euro's.

Belgium, who England will probably face will open up the England defence if Dier is playing so that would be the only hurdle to the final

When we were 4 nil and 6-1 up… a lack of concentration can happen when cruising you know this  I can’t judge the defence from that… attacking outstanding though
