South Shire Fox Posted 24 February 2024 Posted 24 February 2024 Might not be the best defender in the world but i think he needs to be utilised more, especially while Vestergaards out. We desperately needed an organiser and a leader in those last 15 minutes last night and Coadys definitely got those skills 1
Nolucklcfc Posted 24 February 2024 Posted 24 February 2024 If he plays Nelson over him now, he’ll be nailed on to leave this summer.

This is his time to step up in the next two games and be a steadying influence on the pitch. IMO we need to do something at Bournemouth just to restore a bit of confidence in the players who must be wondering how we've lost the last two games after having about 40 shots. He can be a big part of that, just a case of whether Enzo sees it the same or if he makes big changes and uses Doyle or Nelson or even Souttar instead.
Foxin_Mad Posted 24 February 2024 Posted 24 February 2024 We need people with experience to turn around our form right now. We need to dig out some ugly wins like Leeds week in week out.
South Shire Fox Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 Absolute rock tonight. Has to start in the next 2 4
Chelmofox Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 Conundrum, because i thought he was excellent. Deserves game time, somehow.
mod hero Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 Deserves to start next game. Would love to see him in Vestys position. Marshall’s well and was rock tonight. Well done Connor
adam Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 After that he should start on Saturday. Looked really good I thought.
Guest Col city fan Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 He’ll start in place of Vestergaard and I’m happy with that as a replacement

filbertway Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 Would still prefer Nelson comes in over Coady to be honest. Good performance tonight but Nelson is the future and did very well when he came on as well.

Cant say they're striking fear into me Wouldn't blame Enzo for going for the experienced option but would be delighted if Nelson is trusted for 2 games and does well. hejammy Posted 27 February 2024 Posted 27 February 2024 To be fair I'd be happy with either Coady or Nelson, both showed today they are capable. 2

Aleksz Posted 28 February 2024 Posted 28 February 2024 Best game for us tonight. Showed his Prem experience and quality. Rock solid. 2
Devonfox1884 Posted 28 February 2024 Posted 28 February 2024 Nelson against QPR, Coady against Sunderland I think.
Claudio Fannieri Posted 28 February 2024 Posted 28 February 2024 Was absolutely superb and a leader throughout, that was the kind of performance we were expecting when he signed, I think he may well have played himself back into contention.
HybridFox Posted 28 February 2024 Posted 28 February 2024 I liked the Coady and Vestergaard pairing. Need to see it again in the run-in. If there's anything from the games we've thrown away is that experience counts

He'll have a whale of a time, it will be peak entertainment 4

Nolucklcfc Posted 28 February 2024 Posted 28 February 2024 His leadership is what we miss late in games
