Isn't it about time the club had a statue of our title winning team/manager. Just think what we achieved that year in all liklihood isn't going to happen again for a very long time.

As much as we need more statues around the ground, I wouldn't do this until we're promoted. Maybe it's superstition or whatever but would rather get the job done in hand than dwell on the past at the moment.

They had planning permission granted for a bronze one on the side of the stadium a few years back but it never came to pass. I would imagine Vards will have one when he leaves or retires. I'd love for Claudio to have one too.

Personally would love 4 statues:

1) Statue of Ranieri

2) Statue of the premier league winning team when they lifted the trophy

3) Tielemans when we he took that FA cup shot with a statue ball in the air.

4) Statue of Martin O’Neill when he used to  do that mental jump whenever we scored

That could be quite tricky

After he retires Vards should certainly have a statue.

His 100 club sky sports video was on this morning showing all his prem goals to a hundred. What a fantastic striker he has been for us.

By far and away the best goalscorer I have seen for us in my time, and that includes the likes of Wortho, Lineker and Smith.

There’s a full five day event being held in Thailand - open training session, pre season friendly, signing sessions, Q & A’s

Whilst in Leicester, there’s tumbleweed

Imagine they please don’t **** this up

again lines to the players this week.

The way I picture it in my mind is the ball is on a pillar (the pillar would be a transparent material)

Or even have the ball “hanging” in the corner of the goal frame where it nestled.

The club, probably, has too many candidates to choose from to commission a statue.

The Vichai one is the best I've ever seen, and know that he would've been personally proud of it.
