Pretty sure we've lost plenty of players at a loss.... Rachid, Musa, Iborra, Kramaric, Gray, the 175 players who we've loaned out until their contracts expired, or used until they expired, Silva who we just paid off.

Loss on what we've brought him for, but in terms of amortisation of the fee we should be doing well there. 

 

But you're right, times we need to accept we've signed poorly and recoup any losses to move on.

Christ, we finished 5th twice with him and won an FA Cup and Community Shield! I don't relegation should be the overriding memory 😅

Maybe, was in the FA cup winning team so personally I will remember him reasonably fondly in years to come. But still a good move where both clubs should be happy.

Always likes Castagne and never really understood the stick he got, but I guess we all see the game differently.

A good move all round, another big earners who didn’t want to play in the Championship gone and some cash in the bank - I think he’ll do well at Fulham.

Got Rodgered and hated Rodgers, so good on him for that.

 

Never recovered after his injury and Rodgering so best all round for him to start afresh.

 

He obviously saw himself as above second tier football so may have come across badly for a few weeks at the end!

At times he was a big beige. But when on song his overlapping runs on the right were great. Good player in a front foot team. Not so good, when under the cosh. Ta ra

Decent player on his day, but blew hot and cold. Wasn't great last season, didn't want to be here for this season and we've got a decent fee and chunk off the wage bill.

 

Let's bring in THB and move on.
