lcfcbluearmy Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 What a joke of a red he's on the floor it's not dangerous one footed studs down its a foul but not in a million years a red 1

It's a foul because it's dangerous play and it's a penalty. Should have been a red then, if he's giving Fatawu one for that where he hasn't even caught the player. Ridiculous
The Guvnor Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 Whether it should or shouldn’t be a red it was a reckless challenge.
TrentFox Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 Insane decision. This ref wouldn’t know a red card if I shoved one up his arse. Which is probably what should now happen. 1
Popular Post eastendfox Posted 13 January 2024 Popular Post Posted 13 January 2024 Classic case of a ref thinking he made too many decisions one way then over reacting the other. Oh well, another test for this team. 9
Guest kristianity77 Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 (edited) That's an absolutely absurd decision. It's a yellow no doubt but that's never a red card no matter how you look at it. It's no worse than the tackle that got us our penalty. Where was the red then in that case? Ref has lost his head there Edited 13 January 2024 by kristianity77

ealingfox Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 (edited) Ref completely suckered in by the crowd, players reaction and wanting to even up the penalty. Was a silly challenge from⁸ Fatawu though. Edited 13 January 2024 by ealingfox
Tommy Fresh Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 No issue with the Fatawu one if he sends Thomas as well
Guest BlueBrett Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 I actually love the way he flies into stuff. One of the things that make him so great to watch. He's so fast twitch and springy like when he's defending back post and outjumps everyone despite his size. Challenge was reckless but never a red. Hope Enzo doesn't try to coach the crazy out of him

Corky Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 Just didn't need to get involved. We had the lead, nearly half time, safe area of the pitch with emotions high, just don't lunge in. 1
studentofthegame Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 Commentator is absolutely tapped in the head going on about how bad of a challenge that was, it's a firm yellow and nothing more, when you combine that with not sending the coventry player off the ref has fully bottled it here 1

Cadno'r Cymoedd Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 Think the ref probably got both right. 1

Mark_w Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 Gives the penalty because we’d appealed for a couple already. Gives that clear yellow a red because he gave the penalty. What a shambles.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 he keeps his feet on the ground and studs not showing, never a red… the challenge for the penalty was though
murphy Posted 13 January 2024 Posted 13 January 2024 The timing of it though Just had to see out another 90 seconds. I think that has cost the game.
