Really good performance from the lads considering all the changes. Vestergaard and Hamza were absolutely magnificent. Decent game, end to end and both teams had chances. Yunus could have scored 5. Give us Cov at home in the quarters please

Vestergaard robbed of the man of the match. Trophy!

 

For me that is a unbelievable performance and gives me faith in our Squad to get us over the line! Now just avoid Man City and Liverpool!

Expected us to get comfortably beaten tonight especially when I saw we had made 9 changes

 

Yet our heavily rotated side has put in a great performance against what was still a pretty strong Bournemouth team (9 of their players were involved against Man City) and got us into the quarters!

 

A beauty from Fatawu and a monster performance from Vestergaard who definitely deserves to be MOTM!

Just the boost we needed and showed a hell of a lot of fight too.

 

It's why going hard in the Cup, no matter how many changes you make, is so important for squad morale.
