I find it really odd that we haven't announced anyone yet, especially given that the KDH news feels like such a downturn.

 

For context, on July 1st last year we announced both Harry Winks and Connor Coady. By all accounts Abdul Fatawu has already signed, so even if it's not 100% official till August 31st (that's the date his loan signing was made official last year), you would think we could still announce it.

 

Our lack of activity doesn't exactly fill me with confidence...

His loan won't go up to 31st August 2024. The terms of the permanent deal will be active from 1st July 2024.

 

This is just what we do, I swear it's deliberate.

I assume a change of Manager would of created some disruption and maybe changes in some requirements.

I honestly think the more the club are criticised for poor communication, the more they think, right let’s really wind the fanbase up and become even slower at releasing any news  especially positive, it’s like they are permanently trolling us.

July 7th triple signing, whilst using the 7/7 date to promote 3 new signings and link it to our new Chinese betting shirt sponsor. The starts have all aligned.
