FWIW I think they will win the division to be honest, just more settled aren't they. We'll have a bit to contend with off the pitch but player for player we edge it!

Many pundits are tipping Ipswich to be top 2. As short as 3-1 to be Champions apparently, which is unusually slim odds.

They were more settled than us two seasons ago and last season, finished below us both times and couldn't beat us in 4 tries.

Young is a player who I have totally irrational dislike of. Would be great to see him have to face Abdul for 90 minutes! Still grinds my gears that for some unfathomable reason, Cooper decided against unleashing Abdul against him last season.

I'm hoping for a draw. It puts pressure on both sides right away then to win the week after. Even though I completely disagree with the sentiment that Birmingham are going to be challenging for Promotion, at least not the top 2.

Crnac is another who has massive potential and they do seem to sign such talents and them take a season or two before they are very good, Borja Sainz was the same. Got that Diallo from Metz too.

 

Their squad isn't top two but I just think they'll be in amongst it. Manning seems the sort to kick on with another club as well after the big run up to the playoffs at Bristol City last season. 

Norwich feel a bit like Sunderland from last year. Very young squad that even without signings improves.

 

They a dogmatic possession manager before and have a manager that overachieved with Bristol City. They’ll do well.

 

West Brom have done pretty well, their DoF (or whatever) did a great Training Ground Guru podcast app a few months ago. Hard not to think they’ll get it right at some point
