This sums up our board perfectly. Utterly clueless.

 

The other issue is the tools we give the manager, we give them a spoon to dig through concrete!

The longer this plays out, the chances of another poorly organised pre season increase daily. We got away with it in 23/24 but it was defo a factor this season
